Another error append to this bug: 1. The subcomonent select list didn't appear or disappear when you select the component which contains subcomponent or which not contain subcomponent.

I have done all the changes except setting the default. That code has not changed and is working the way as it's always worked so is not part of this bug.
Tested on QA environment(bzweb01-qe) with version(4.4.9038-3, DB: mysql) QA environment(bzperfweb01.app.qa) with version(4.4.9038-3, DB: psql ) Result: Pass
