I know that build date is most probably not a date used to determine which package to export and which not, but with some tolerancy it should give us some basic image.

Unfortunately both of the packages are there:

And in the bug description there is "only the content that is within the date ranges specified above", I consider this a FailsQA (although please feel free to let me know what I did incorrectly).
