Somewhat of a minor issue, but PyQt4 should have a "Provides: python2-PyQt4" as per https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Packaging:Python#Provides

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 24 development cycle.
Changing version to '24'.
