Description of problem: There is no tesseract-langpack-eng package which would be required to use tesseract to OCR on english texts. Many other langpacks are missing (about half of them). eng is actually shipped as part of the main tesseract package. F23+ now has tesseract-3.04.00, which ships all tessdata files available upstream, see http://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/buildinfo?buildID=689892.
Fedora 22 changed to end-of-life (EOL) status on 2016-07-19. Fedora 22 is no longer maintained, which means that it will not receive any further security or bug fix updates.
