Description of problem: zbar will not install if ImageMagick is up to date.
Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): zbar-0.10-7.el6.x86_64
How reproducible: Attempt to install via yum.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. yum install ImageMagick
2. yum install zbar
Error: Package: zbar-0.10-7.el6.x86_64 (epel)
Available: ImageMagick-18.104.22.168-5.el6.x86_64 (rhel-x86_64-server-6)
Available: ImageMagick-22.214.171.124-6.el6_2.x86_64 (rhel-x86_64-server-6)
Available: ImageMagick-126.96.36.199-7.el6_5.x86_64 (rhel-x86_64-server-6)
Installed: ImageMagick-188.8.131.52-2.el6.x86_64 (@rhel-x86_64-server-6)
If zbar and ImageMagick were already installed, neither can be updated. I found that uninstalling zbar made it possible to update IM, but then zbar could not be reinstalled.
zbar-0.10-25.el6 has been submitted as an update for Fedora EPEL 6.
* should fix your issue,
* was pushed to the Fedora EPEL 6 testing repository,
* should be available at your local mirror within two days.
Update it with:
# su -c 'yum update --enablerepo=epel-testing zbar-0.10-25.el6'
as soon as you are able to.

I have pushed it to STABLE now, should happen soon.
zbar-0.10-25.el6 has been pushed to the Fedora EPEL 6 stable repository. If problems still persist, please make note of it in this bug report.
