Description of problem:
Checkbox is not visible while adding/editing a role in "Product Features (Editing)" section

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Navigate to Configure ==> Configuration ==> Access Control ==> Roles
2. Add a new role or edit an existing role
3. Observe the checkbox in "Product Features(Editing)" section

Actual results:
Checkbox not visible

Expected results:
Checkbox should be visible
