this was caused by the SUT being on a different network than the target LTS.  It's not a problem in normal usage.

Please consider this a feature request or resolve/notabug

The feature would require downloading the original results from the source LTS, then uploading them to the target LTS.  All from a client connected to both networks.

There are download links on the server already.  So we just need the corresponding upload command for this use-case.
