Description Ken Marsh 2015-08-11 08:57:27 UTC
Description of problem:

Linux tosatl745.skyfish.org 4.1.3-201.fc22.x86_64 #1 SMP Wed Jul 29 19:50:22 UTC 2015 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux

Fedora release 22 (Twenty Two) - XFCE Spin
gedit-2:3.16.2-1.fc22.x86_64
xfce4-terminal-0.6.3-7.fc22.x86_64

1. open xfce4-terminal
2. run gedit test.txt <-file doesn't yet exist
3. type a character into gedit
4. observe in xfce4-terminal there's the error
5. otherwise gedit works normally

--------------
[ken@tosatl745 ~]$ gedit

(gedit:5759): Gtk-WARNING **: Calling Inhibit failed: GDBus.Error:org.freedesktop.DBus.Error.ServiceUnknown: The name org.gnome.SessionManager was not provided by any .service files
--------------

Expected - no error shown in the terminal

How reproducible:
Every time

Additional info: I feel ashamed reporting such a petty bug when the rest of the system is the awesomest thing ever.
