No 'help' link in the Home Page.

100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to maitai-bpms site.
2. Go to Home->Home Page.
3. Click "?" in the header.

Actual results:
No 'help' link in the header as none.png attachment.

Expected results:
There is 'help' link in the header as help.png attachment.
