Description of problem:
When you create a new Input or Output in the DataIOEditor, if you set the Source or Target to a process variable before giving the Input/Output a name or datatype, the name and datatype should default to those of the process var. If you set a constant before defining name or datatype, the datatype should be defaulted appropriately.

We should see what users think of having "Source" and "Target" columns on the left of the table, or "Source" on left and "Target" on right.
