Description of problem:
- The spelling of the help file for firewall-cmd needs to be corrected.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
- Rawhide

Steps to Reproduce:
1. firewall-cmd --help

Actual results:
  --complete-reload    Reload firewall and loose state information

Expected results:
  --complete-reload    Reload firewall and lose state information

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 24 development cycle.
Changing version to '24'.

This has been fixed with firewalld version 0.4.2.
