Which theme(s) were you going to/from?
Does it happen everytime you switch to that theme?

that particular time it was 25-Gray-Red theme, however I tried to repeat it and looks like it acts weird as long as I switch from system default theme to anything else.
I tried to reproduce it on the same system, and as a result of switching the theme I suddenly lost all window decorations and titlebar, all the panels in xfce and all the hotkeys. I could continue working in the last current window, but not able switch to any other application. The abrt hasn't been triggered this time though.
