Description of problem:

epel6 has: ganglia-web-3.7.0-2.el6
epel6 testing has: ganglia-web-3.7.0-1.el6

When tis kind of static version for one sub-component like here for ganglia-web is used release number must never go backwards.

Please rebuild with Release: >= 3

Issue has been fixed.

epel6 now has ganglia-web-3.7.1-2.
