Description of problem: I followed the instructions as per https://docs.openshift.org/latest/admin_guide/cluster_metrics.html as a root i.e.system:admin user but, I'm been shown pods related to system:admin user and not the pods related to the user joe in the grafana UI. I see a tile in the grafana UI only for node1 which has pods created by system:admin i.e root but, not node2 where pods of joe reside. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 3.0 How reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Mentioned in the description 2. 3. Actual results: I see a tile in the grafana UI only for node1 which has pods created by system:admin i.e root but, not node2 where pods of joe reside. Expected results: An admin shall be shown pods related to the normal user i.e joe in the grafana UI as well. Additional info:

AFAIK this isn't a supported component of OSE yet, will be in 3.1. Miheer - can we continue in the Github issue?
I'm setting the version appropriately. I don't see a reference to this section of the Origin docs in Enterprise so I don't think customers should be confused. Jimmi, would you mind either closing this bug or setting the component appropriately?
