Description Marcus Moeller 2015-08-28 07:32:10 UTC
I am using tmpfs for /var/log and got an error during startup of systemd-tmpfiles-setup.service:

Cannot set file attribute for '/var/log/journal', value=0x00800000, mask=0x00800000: Inappropriate ioctl for device

Comment 1 Marcus Moeller 2015-08-28 09:23:28 UTC
I was able to solve this by linking /etc/tmpfiles.d/journal-nocow.conf to /dev/null
