Description of problem:
Package springframework fails to build from source in rawhide.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
3.2.14-2.fc23

Steps to Reproduce:
koji build --scratch f24 springframework-3.2.14-2.fc23.src.rpm

This package is tracked by Koschei. See:

Seems there is a new upstream version available, maybe updating the package will solve the problem.

Updating to 4.x could cause more harm than good. 3.x line is still supported by upstream.
