Description of problem:
RHEL6 test suite can not test fv_memory and fv_core.

How reproducible:

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Install RHEL6.7 and test suite package.
2.Create test plan with command:
#rhcert-backend plan
2.Try to run fv_memory and fv_core with command: 
#rhcert-backend run --test=fv_memory --test=fv_core

Actual results:
RHEL6 test suite can not test fv_memory and fv_core.

Expected results:
Test fv_memory and fv_core normally.

Additional info:
1.The two tests run normally with hwcert-client-
2.Found this issue on RHEL6 only, it is normal on RHEL7. 
3.Test log for RHEL6:
/proc/cpuinfo has vmx flag
Testing kvm virtualization

Verified that guest hwcert-x86_64 is not running
Verified: /var/lib/libvirt/images/hwcertData.img
Verified: /var/lib/libvirt/images/hwcert-x86_64.img
