Description of problem:
RHEL4 has no netdump_func call on an oops
   (via arch/i386/kernel/traps.c:die())
   RHEL3 has a netdump_func call.

   In REL3 the die() function had the following 
   code sequence:

  	  if (netdump_func)

   In REL 4 this code sequence is removed.
