Description of problem:

Commands like (the ones below) do not work or authentication users. 

    # rhc -d domain create TEST -v --server=OPENSHIFT_SERVER -l USER -p PASS -k

  - Note: Goal is to not use rhc setup. 

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 2.2.6
How reproducible: Very 
Steps to Reproduce:
 1. Run the command above. 

Actual results:

This results in a 401 error (no authentication) 

Expected results:

This should work as other *similar commands* like: 

    # curl -k -v -X POST https://OPENSHIFT_SERVER/broker/rest/domains --user USER:PASS --data-urlencode name=TEST --data-urlencode allowed_gear_sizes=medium
