Description of problem:
The first time a new

systemd-222-2.fc23.x86_64

How reproducible:
Every time

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install a fresh copy of Fedora 23 Server
2. Join it to a FreeIPA domain[1]
3. Attempt to log in with a domain account via SSH

Actual results:
A long (25s) delay before logging in the first time. Subsequent logins are much faster.

Expected results:
No delay before logging in.

As far as I can tell, this was fixed somewhere in the interrim.
