Ok, possible a bug I just found.

After doing a search on python bugzilla, I found it had been fixed. It'd better to upgrade to 3.5, or check out the fix then patch the 3.4 in repo.

This package has changed ownership in the Fedora Package Database. Reassigning to the new owner of this component.

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 24 development cycle.
Changing version to '24'.
