Description of problem:
Gtk+ Windows are not drawed into screen, but they allocate space. I have tested this with both qemu and SElinux TroubleShooter. I don't know if this does not happens in other WMs/DEs.

Just installed rawhide a few hours ago, but had a different theme for Gtk+ 2/3

3.18.0

How reproducible:
Open any GTK+ 3 application under Plasma 5.
