Description of problem:

Foreman wrongly set the IP address automatically

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

OSP 6.0

How reproducible:

80%

Steps to Reproduce:

1.the host boot from network, and display in discovered host.
2.assign the host to be deployed as controller node.
3.configure the network for each host
4.check the ip address configuration for each host.

Actual results:

The IP address is usually set to 192.168.0.XX

Expected results:

The IP address should be set according to the subnet of the tenant.
