Description of problem:
I continually get errors where openshift build and deployments cannot find an image even when it is in the registry.  I have always been able to get past the problem by manually logging into the registry, then pulling the image to refresh everything.  That is not working in this case.  When I am doing an deployment I get the following error in the event logs - 

failed
Failed to pull image "tradeclient": Error: image library/tradeclient:latest not found (14 times in the last 2 minutes, 8 seconds)

I have verified the image is in the registry.  I run "docker pull 172.30.90.140:5000/tradeservice/tradeclient@sha256:52922a5e03be8923f81048c083633ebea1a8b49294c80c3e1f118608a6add254" and see: https://gist.github.com/deanpeterson/70d029a5be80616871d8
