Description of problem: mirage libs are a touch out of date. compiling from source, though possible, has no effect on apps that depend on it such as cdemu. cdemu has two fuctions(daemon and client) but neither will build without an adequate libmirage package. The requested version is 3.0.2 or above, yet version 2 is packaged. IMAO as how to get the sources to force a version. Only one of the depends is in any repo, free or otherwise. This does a dis service to those trying to work with similar depends or apps. You have to fetch the required libs from sourceforge.May the source be with you. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 22 How reproducible: n/a (source build requirement) Steps to Reproduce: 1.try to build the daemon to get a client built(has depends) Additional info: cdemu.sourceforge.net: a universal disk image mounter. There is no nero(well I take that back, you have to PAY for it) or cloneCD or discjuggler equivalent on Linux.Though discjuggler does work under wine.ImgBurn works also. Apps like CloneCD and Alcohol and similar will never work under wine because they depend on image and therby drive mount capabilities and drive resource manipulation, usually done in driver-land.Wine does not support such drivers. As such, this is the only linux alternative. I believe this app is a rework or black-box rewrite of a similar windows app.
