Description of problem:

I got only a spinner wheel for all application details screens and the installed applications tab.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

gnome-software-3.16.5-1.fc22.x86_64

How reproducible:

always, under different users

Steps to Reproduce:

1. killall gnome-software # kill the dbus application service to get debugging messages
2. gnome-software
3. click on an app or "installed" tab

Actual results:

A spinner wheel appears instead of application details or list of installed applications.

Messages:

(org.gnome.Software:8212): Gs-WARNING **: failed to get installed apps: Failed to get history: GDBus.Error:org.freedesktop.DBus.Error.NoReply: Message did not receive a reply (timeout by message bus)

This was fixed long ago with a PackageKit update.
