Title: Configure Indexing Programmatically

Describe the issue:

Suggestions for improvement:

Givent the fact that the XML syntax changes when the indexing is configured either in library mode or in server mode, I think it will be beneficial to have the all cache description surrounding the configuration example. This way reader will directly know if code snippet applies to either library or server.

These changes have already been pushed to the portal. Closing.

In 6.5 it said:

"Example 2.3. Configuring Indexing Using XML"

In Christian's update it says:

"Example 2.3. Configuring Indexing Using XML in Library Mode

And on the portal the changes have already been pushed and it says the same thing:

https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-US/Red_Hat_JBoss_Data_Grid/6.6/html-single/Infinispan_Query_Guide/index.html#Configure_Querying_Programmatically

Closing.
