with devtoolset-3-valgrind-3.10.1-1.el6.x86_64 I see the same unrecognised instruction like reported in 


the attached patch there fixes the bug for me. Could you please apply it to the next DTS?

I submitted a testcase upstream that checks the fix works as expected.

Verified for build devtoolset-4-valgrind-3.10.1-15 - patch is present, applied, and test case passed.
