Individual Bugzilla bugs in the statuses "NEW", "ASSIGNED", and "POST" are being migrated throughout September 2023. Bugs of Red Hat partners with an assigned Engineering Partner Manager (EPM) are migrated in late September as per pre-agreed dates. This same link will be available in a blue banner at the top of the page informing you that that bug has been migrated.

Description of problem:
When clicking on a link for a CMIS LibreOffice URL, which take the form of:
vnd.libreoffice.cmis://%3A%2F%2F<host:port>%2Fpath_to_document the URL Handler is not defined even thought LibreOffice is able to handle the URL scheme.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Obtain a LO CMIS URL
2. verify it works trying to open it using oowriter on the command line
3. try it via xdg-open instead

Actual results:
Error: error opening location: The specified location is not supported

Expected results:
LibreOffice opens
