Created attachment 1080868 [details] This patch results in LDAP support Description of problem: The only LDAP support is phrased like this: --nopwcheck Do not check the validity of the specified login password (useful for LDAP user accounts) This proved to be risky (encrypting using a wrong passphrase) Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): ecryptfs-utils-108-1.fc22.x86_64 How reproducible: Steps to Reproduce: 1. Implement LDAP 2. uses ecryptfs-setup-private as an LDAP user (using --nopwcheck option) 3. Enter wrong passphrase (type?) 4.
