This patch results in LDAP support

Description of problem:

The only LDAP support is phrased like this:
--nopwcheck Do not check the validity of the specified
login password (useful for LDAP user accounts)
This proved to be risky (encrypting using a wrong passphrase)

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
ecryptfs-utils-108-1.fc22.x86_64

How reproducible:

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Implement LDAP
2. uses ecryptfs-setup-private as an LDAP user (using --nopwcheck option)
3. Enter wrong passphrase (type?)
4. Be locked out of your data

Actual results:
No LDAP support

Expected results:
LDAP support
