Description of problem:

LockManager calls Activites' onStartup when ResourceUpdatedEvent raised.

GuvnorDefaultEditorViewImpl's onStartup attaches View to DOM which fails on subsequent invocations via LockManager's handling of ResourceUpdatedEvent.

Backport https://issues.jboss.org/browse/GUVNOR-2276 to 6.3.x (Community) branch.
