Description of problem: The translation of the browser version message on the login page of Admin portal needs to be changed for zh_CN locale.

"This Browser version isn't optimal for displaying the application graphics (refer to Documentation for details)"

According to the LM's comment in tcms the changes are present in master and branch.

Currently there are no details available for this and other such issues like this. Hence marking it as closed right now after discussion with LMs.
