There is a need to document how to access  horizon in RDO manager VIRT setup.

It is not documented. 
 

 How to access Horizon

 Find the IP on which Horion is listening on the VM setup <horizon-ip>
 on your PC:
 ssh -L 8080:127.0.0.1:8080 stack@yourBMIPaddress
 on the the instack VM
 ssh -L 8080:<horizon-ip>:80 root@<instack-ip>
 on your PC http://127.0.0.1:8080/
