File Explorer

Description of problem:

When you go to Authoring -> Administration and you expand a project in File Explorer so scrollbar appears, the very last entry (either a file or a directory) in the tree is hidden (it is located under the lower side of monitor) and you cannot select it. If your repository does not contain a sufficient number of entries, create one Business Process in the project. It will create a "global" directory which has many files.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to Authoring -> Administration.
2. In the File Explorer, expand entries so the scrollbar appears.
3. When you scroll down the tree, last entry (for example readme.md) is hidden.

Actual results:
Last entry is hidden in the File Explorer tree.

Expected results:
Every entry in the File Explorer tree should be visible when scrollbar appears i.e. it is reachable by scrolling down the tree.

I will attach a screenshot showing the aforementioned situation.
