Description of problem:
After clicking the Save button, Work tab is reset to original state.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
6.2.0.ER4

How reproducible:
With asset management enabled.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start promotion.
2. Claim promotion task.
3. Move some files from source branch to promotion select box.
4. Click Save.

Actual results:
Work tab is reset (all files moved back to "Files in the branch" select box).

Expected results:
The work-in-progress state of the Work tab should be persisted after clicking the Save button. Or the Save button should be removed if this is not possible to achieve.
