Description of problem:

In Dolphin, the Information Panel does not show meta data when File Search is disabled. According to KDE devs, the versions of Baloo and Dolphin distributed by Fedora are not compatible. See bug report here:

1. disable File Search in the System Settings
2. open Dolphin
3. enable Information Panel if needed (F11)
4. hover a file

Actual results:

No metadata is shown in the Information Panel

Expected results:

The Information Panel should show the file metadata.
