Is it possible to have the  schema for xml configuration for both server and library modes?

for example :
indexing on library mode 
<indexing enabled="true" indexLocalOnly="true">

for server mode:
<indexing index="LOCAL">


there are many other differences , which increase complexity for documentation and diagnostics
