It appears that we've removed the service IP from the overview area. It used to be shown. But now it only indicates the port mapping.

This was intentional, it clutters the overview.  *most* people will be using routes if they are using new-app or the console to create their applications.  People that know what they are doing can always jump to the service (there is a link to the service page in that same box now) and grab the IP from the service page.
