Description of problem:
Using REST API our automated tests have tried adding a disk on an NFS storage domain of a data center, and failed with error:
13:30:25 	Status: 409
13:30:25 	Reason: Conflict
13:30:25 	Detail: [Cannot import Virtual Machine Disk. Low disk space on Storage Domain nfs_0.]

we're using CI build, version is: 3.6.0.2-0.1000.5161.9e0182e.el6ev
It was built using the d/s commit: 9e0182e

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
Use REST API to:
1. create a datacenter
2. create a cluster
3. add a host
4. add nfs storage
5. add a disk


Actual results:
Failure with an error similar to:
13:30:25 	Status: 409
13:30:25 	Reason: Conflict
13:30:25 	Detail: [Cannot import Virtual Machine Disk. Low disk space on Storage Domain nfs_0.]


Expected results:
success
