Description of problem:
Select component will remove attachment's flagtype select box in enter bug page

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
Current production server, 4.4.10042-7

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Go to enter bug page and show the advanced fields
2.Click the button "Add an attachment"
3.select the 'review' flag in the attachment's flag setting
4.Select any component

Actual results:
This attachment's flag select box and requestee input box dispersed.

Expected results:
This attachment's flag select box and requestee input box no change.

Tested on 
QA environment(bzperfweb01.app.qa) with version(4.4.10044-2, DB: psql)
Result: Pass
