Description of problem:


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
redhat-certification-1.0-20150723.el6.noarch
redhat-certification-hardware-1.6.6-20150901.el6.noarch
redhat-certification-information-1.6.6-20150901.el6.noarch
How reproducible:
1.Instal latest rhcert toolkit on OS
2.Run the kdump local item.
3.And then check vmcore in /var/crash/ folder
4.After check the "vmcore"file,it didn't been created on path=xxxxxxxNumber.


Expected results:
1.The "vmcore" should be created on path=/var/crash/xxxxxNumber, and get pass
