Description of problem: Services deleted from the normal web_ui are still present in the SSUI


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 5.5.0.9


How reproducible: 100%


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a catalog item and a bundle
2. Provision using the service order form on the main web UI
3. Delete the service (retirement not tested)
4. Enter the SSUI

Actual results: The service is still displayed


Expected results: The service should not be displayed
