Description of problem:

Spinner spins forever while viewing C&U graphs for hosts.This issue doesn't occur while viewing C&U graphs for VMs,clusters or datastores.

Steps to Reproduce:
-------------------
1.Manage a provider.Enable C&U collection for the provider.
2.Navigate to the summary page of the host,then Click 'Monitoring',click 'Utilization' to view the C&U graphs.


Actual results:

Spinner spins forever while viewing C&U graphs for hosts


Expected results:
----------------
The C&U graphs should be displayed.


Additional info:

I have verified that real-time performance data is being captured for hosts in the DB.

Not sure how this happened,Bugzilla was acting up.Also,see the identical bug.
