From the backtrace, that would be throw css::uno::RuntimeException( "missing '>' in " + fileUrl_ ); i.e., some corrupted LO configuration XML file. This bug is apparently related to bug 1282111, and bug 1282111 comment 13 claiming that everything worked fine again after reboot means this might have been a hardware issue? I'll close as WORKSFORME for now; feel free to reopen if it happens again.
