Description of problem: Since I updated from plasma 5.4.2 to 5.4.3 yesterday (and naively implemented todays kde updates from 15.04.2 to 15.04.3) the whole KDE is a mess. The dnf undo fails with "No package xxx available". To get to a console, I have to go through ctrl-alt-F2. Switching on a password protected WiFi doesn't work, because the password is in the Wallet which doesn't get used anymore. To get halfway normal KDE interface I have to log out and log in again, because the first login after the reboot brings up an empty background with the message "Could not start process. Cannot talk to klauncher: Not connected to D-bus server." The specific problem contained in this report "just comes up", I do not really know which interaction caused it.
