I upgraded from Fedora 22 to Fedora 23 using
$ sudo dnf install dnf-plugin-system-upgrade
$ sudo dnf system-upgrade download --releasever=23
$ sudo dnf system-upgrade reboot
After the upgrade I noticed that my custom keyboard shortcuts for launching GNOME Terminal and GEdit no longer work. Pressing the respective key combinations has no effect.

And suddenly it works, sorry for the noise.
