Patch to fix

Description of problem:
Docker's init script contains references to /etc/sysconfig/docker and /etc/sysconfig/docker-storage. It does not contain a reference to /etc/sysconfig/docker-network. Further, there is no provision for command line network options, ala storage's DOCKER_STORAGE_OPTIONS.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 1.7.1-4

How reproducible: Every time

Docker is not supported by Red Hat or Docker on RHEL6/Centos6. So I am closing this.

We should remove docker-io from epel for rhel6.
