Description of problem:
On Dashboard you can not reset widgets, the button is disabled even if you modify the default dashboard by adding custom widgets.

5.5.0.13

How reproducible:
100% 

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to Cloud Intelligence -> Dashboard
2. Try to click on "Reset Dashboard Widgets to the defaults"
3.

Actual results:
Button is disabled, you can reset dashboard

Expected results:
Button should be enable

Additional info:
Works on 5.4
