Description of problem:
While IO is going the ganesha-gfapi.log is reporting the "Stale File Handle"

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. create a volume of type dist-rep type
2. set up nfs-ganesha
3. mount the volume with version 4, start IO on the mount-point

Actual results:
ESTALE reported by the ganesha-gfapi.log 

Expected results:
There should not be any ESTALE when in fact there is not ESTALE.

The bug does not contains enough information regarding I/O. Can be reopened if it hit again?
