nmb.service and smb.service fail to load.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. # systemctl start nmb.service

Actual results:
Job for nmb.service failed because the control process exited with error code. See "systemctl status nmb.service" and "journalctl -xe" for details.


Expected results:
nmb.service and smb.service loaded  to load and be active
